The name "Manek" was conceived in 2007, and the very next year, the long history of original production and custom beats kicked off. Graduating top of his class at the prestigious school for mixing and mastering, Media Tech Institute, Manek earned a ProTools Certification, and the honor of recognition as a Professional in his trade. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Manek has personally created hundreds of songs for established working artists from all over the United States. With many talents in his repertoire, Manek is also a passionate song writer, recording engineer, producer/musician, mixing and mastering engineer. Vast catalogues exist of produced songs, featuring artists, with credits to include: Daz from DPG, Kid Frost, AfroMan, Low G of Dopehouse, Juan Gotti, K Rino, Paul Wall, Lil Keke, Big Pokey, Ronnie Spencer, Baby Bash, DJ Kane, King Lil G, Powda, Krystal Poppins, Rasheed, Lil Young, Rez-A, Lil Villain, Anna Mvze, ESG, Lil Flip, Spice 1, Al-D and many more.
